I’m Arthur Sosa, a senior product designer. For four years I led design for product inclusion at Uber, across 80+ markets. Before that, I led a team of six designers.

Design lead. After launch, more riders aged 65+ completed sign-up and took a first trip. Live in the United States, Canada and nine other markets.
